Where as a majority of maintenance works are normally carried out within older properties and buildings. The older buildings will need certain works needed after a period time. This could be anything from damper changes to a system refurbishment.
Maintenance
Here is an example of a maintenance job that we completed.

As well as ductwork we also quote and complete lagging jobs. Before we got to site the ductwork was rotting away.
​
We firstly stripped all rotten insulation away, cleaned and then rewrapped the ductwork in brand new venture clad, with a perfect finish. To say the least, the client was very happy with the work we had completed.

Fire Dampers & Fire Damper Drop Testing
Fire Dampers is another one of our specialties which we supply in. These are very important when it comes to the safety of the public and our clients.

Fire damper changes and refurbishments are becoming more and more popular.
​
Within BS 9999 2017 it states that all fire dampers should be tested in regular intervals not exceeding two years. Whereas spring loaded dampers should be tested yearly.
​
Above is one of the examples of fire damper works we complete. This was a full refurbishment of the damper blades, as they were damaged. We also added a guard over the front so no objects would be able to damage the fire damper.
